Buying or Selling a Business

Buying or Selling a Business (with both freehold and leasehold premises)

If you wish to purchase business premises only please see Purchase / Sale of Commercial Property.

If you are purchasing an entire business (this is called a TOGC or Transfer of a Going Concern) then you are usually purchasing three things; the premises, the goodwill of the business and the fixtures and fittings.

Whether you are purchasing a professional firm, a pub, a restaurant or a chip-shop, this transaction can be a complicated one.

We offer a service in which we handle the whole transaction with you from start to finish.

We have two sets of fixed-fees, one involving freehold premises and one involving leasehold premises.
