Lease Assignments to a New Tenant
If you want to bring your lease to an end by assigning it to someone else, you will need the landlord’s agreement.
To assign a lease, a Licence to Assign has to be agreed. This is a document where the landlord and the tenant agree the terms of the assignment of the lease.
