We can put together additional documents, for example a licence for alterations or rent deposit deed, for £50 - 100 per document.
If you would like us to provide a full lease negotiation service (drafting, negotiating with the tenant’s solicitors and dealing with completion formalities and service of any notices to exclude security of tenure under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954) we can do this for double the fee stated above.
