We start by talking with you to find out exactly what you want from your lease. We then advise you as to the type of lease you need. Once this has been agreed with you, we contact the other party and begin negotiating. At every point during negotiations we are in contact with you, so that you are fully aware of where negotiations are up to.

Our fixed fees include negotiation and completion of the lease and any licence for alterations (which will probably be required if you are fitting out the property or carrying out other works) and rent deposit deed. It also includes checking the landlord’s title and preparing a full report once the lease is agreed setting out in plain English exactly what you are signing up to.
